EASY SUMMER PASTA SALAD RECIPES

Summers are about water fruits and green vegetables. Green veggies and organic fruits are ready to be enjoyed. Apart from this as we know children adore pasta, so here are some summer pasta saladrecipes for you. These recipes can be effortlessly wrapped in lunch box for make them smile.

GREEK PASTA SALAD

INGREDIENTS

I glass farfalle pasta
1/4 cup additional virgin olive oil
3 spoons of red wine vinegar
1 cup cucumber and tomato chopped
1/3 cup black olive, set and divided
½ an onion, chopped
½ tbs. garlic powder and Italian flavoring
Black pepper
Salt to taste
Bits of cheddar (Feta)

Make the sauce in a separate bowl.
Pour sauce over the best and hurl.
For more You can even refrigerate it up to 1-2 days.

CHICKEN CAESAR PASTA SALAD

INGREDIENTS

1 tsp. Italian flavoring
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1.5 cup cooked penne pasta
1 cup chopped tomatoes
2 cup cleaved lettuce
Grated cheese
Salt to taste

For Garnishing

Black pepper
Lemon juice
2/3rd cup Caesar dressing
Chopped coriander
Salt to taste

Method

Bring a large pot of water to heat in a skillet over medium warmth, warm oil. Incorporate chicken chests and season with Italian flavoring, garlic powder, and salt. Cook until splendid on the two sides and cooked through, 6 to 8 minutes for each side. Set aside to rest, by then cut into chomp evaluated pieces.
In an extensive bowl, add chicken with cooked pasta, romaine, chopped tomatoes, cheddar.
In a bowl, mix Caesar dressing with lemon juice and parsley. Season it with salt and pepper. Pour over the pasta plate of blended greens mix and blend to join and enjoy.
